Boatshed London is pleased to offer this Broads Cruiser thought to have been constructed in the 1970s - the exact date is unknown.
The vessel has undergone significant improvement since the out-of-water survey in 2013. Entry to the saloon is by way of the companionway at the bow. The galley is on the port side, opposite the heads. The aft cabin has a full size double bed. The hatch leading to the aft deck is no longer used.
Heating is by way of a solid fuel stove which is in good order and a Webasto diesel powered heater, although its condition is not known. There is a calorifier for hot water heated by the engine or 240v shore power.
Chelsea Harbour is one of London's most desirable marinas and moorings only become available when a boat is put on the market. This is a leisure mooring which means it would make an ideal pied-a-terre for someone who works in West London. The marina is 5 minutes walk from Imperial Wharf station and there is also a pier for the river bus next to the marina for direct access to central London.
The leisure mooring is available pending confirmation from marina management. Current mooring fees are approx £6,000 p.a.
