And what a gem this boat is, you will travel a long way before finding a 1070 of this calibre.
The medium/deep v hull shape is known for delivering good sea-keeping qualities but this Broom has enjoyed the freshwater lakes and rivers of Ireland for most of the last 20 years and it is very obvious that she has been lavished with great care by her current owners.
For those seeking a little extra power than the standard 1070 offers, the upgraded 200hp twin diesels will certainly satisfy, and in keeping with the general maintenance programme have recently been fully serviced, using Volvo parts of course.
The internal woodwork throughout is just as it came out of Brooms when new.
A wonderfully bright saloon, a fully covered spacious aft-deck and the gorgeous island double in the en-suite aft cabin will ensure the new owners will enjoy their time on the water in total comfort and style.
