Commentaires du Broker
This Channel Island 22 has been owned by the current owner since 1997.
The owner towed her out to Menorca from the UK and she has been cruising around Mahon harbour ever since. She was returned to the UK in October 16 ready to sell.
This channel Island 22 is fitted with two engines giving the owner added peace of mind when cruising off the coast of Menorca especially with off shore winds and the next nearest land being hundred + miles away!
The owner informs me that the engines never let him down and the engines were always professionally maintained each year.
The boat was normally put into the water around June and taken out in September and then she would be under cover in a warehouse for the Spanish winter.
In 2006 the owner had the boat painted due to the gelcoat fading and this was a two part paint process.
The owner has now decided to buy a larger boat to accommodate all the grand children that visit when they are in Menorca.
The Boat does need some tidying up and updating internally and the cockpit sprayhood cover would need to be changed if being used in the UK as the cover has seen better days.
These boat details are subject to contract.
