Broker's Comments

Always comforting to have an unsinkable boat. According to Etap even if she is cut in two, both sections will still float. They are a good family cruising boat benefiting from a good galley and food preparation area, sensible nav station with panoramic forward vision.
This boat is for sail as the owner is now retiring from sailing. The boat is, we are told ready to go and for its year is in good overall condition. She has just come back today from cruising the Spanish coast.
The owner is keen to sell and willing to look at serious offers.
The pontoon mooring is also available subject to the normal formalities
A 1991 boat but always kept well maintained and updated, new Rigging 2014 and new sails in 2010.
All new mattresses and seat cushions last year.
