Currently used as a commercial office space, this boat offers a massive 1,100sq ft of floor space and is perfectly suited to continue life as an office or to be converted into a magnificent floating home. The boat is laid out over two floors including a large roof terrace that has room for a dining table, sun loungers or a hot tub, which it currently has.
Originally built in 2004, the boat is built in GRP with large windows across both floors with all the living areas filled with light as a result. The upper deck has a galley with electric hob and oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The lower deck currently has a heads with shower, a meeting room and large office space with desks for eight employees. The current owners have had 100mbps fibre broadband fitted which is obviously crucial for office use.
The boat has mains power and mains water and sewage connected so there is no need for pump outs and it is also fitted with air conditioning.
The CRT mooring at South Quay currently runs until 2025 and can be transferred to the new owner on approval from the CRT.
