Broker's Comments

This Sigma 36 has been lovingly cared for in the 30 plus years that I have known her. The boat is presented in good condition and the matrix and the sringers have been strengthened. The keel bolts have been changed from mild steel to tungsten. There have been various upgrades including being re-engined to a Beta 30hp and the sails, sprayhood and bimini are in good condition.
The only fault that I could find is parts of the headlining require replacement.
The accommodation has a forward cabin with a double. The heads are starboard with a hanging locker opposite. The main saloon has ample room around the cabin table with 2 settee berths and 2 pilot berths. The navigation station is starboard with a good sized galley opposite and just behind is a large double sized aft cabin. The teak interior has been well maintained and the saloon and forward cabin have been reupholstered.
She is a capable performance cruiser and would not disgrace herself in club racing. She is rewarding to sail yet is easy to handle under sail or manoeuvring in tight marina spaces. She has been set up for singlehanded sailing with sheets led back to the cockpit.
This yacht is ready to go.
